Akhil is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) and has expertise in IT Operation Center, Alarm Monitoring, IT Service Management, Servers, and Data Center. He has a strong track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. Prior to his current role, Akhil worked at Navisite as a Problem Manager and Operations Lead. In these roles, he was responsible for managing critical incidents and ensuring that service level agreements (SLAs) were met. He has also worked at Oracle, where he gained valuable experience in ITIL and other best practices for IT service management.
